Summary :

-we must resist temptation
-& not love the world like Demas
-if our desires are not of God, they shall not succeed
-we must surrender our plans & desires to God
-we must overcome opposition
-when people reject the gospel, they are rejecting Christ & not us
-there will always be opposition to the gospel
-we must also overcome isolation
-the same God who stood by Paul will give us strength to overcome
